摘要
随着我国入境旅游的迅猛发展,旅行社对涉外导游的需求不断增多。作为优秀的涉外导游,不仅需要流利地掌握客源国语言,更需要了解客源国非语言沟通技巧,才能实现游客与导游的良性互动。该文从培养学生跨文化沟通能力的目标出发,分析涉外导游跨文化沟通能力的内涵、培养规律,探讨高职高专旅游院校如何有效利用校企平台,培养学生涉外导游岗位的跨文化沟通能力。
With the rapid development of China' s inbound tourism, there is an increased need for more foreign tour guides. Being excellent guides, they not only have to speak languages of tourist source countries fluently, but also have to grasp the skills of nonverbal communication, This paper analyzes the meaning and development law of for- eign tour guides' cross-cultural communication competence from the objective of cultivating students' professional capabilities, and probes into the way how the polytechnic colleges take effective advantage of the platforms of both colleges and enterprises to train students' cross-cultural competence.
