摘要
针对水力压裂时造成储层伤害、支撑裂缝导流能力低、人工裂缝壁面渗透率低等问题,考虑了黏性流体、压裂液残渣及滤饼的影响,对支撑裂缝的伤害进行了定量试验评价,研制出一种压后裂缝处理剂。室内实验表明,该裂缝处理剂能有效提高支撑裂缝的导流能力。在中原油田23口井的现场试验,说明裂缝处理技术能明显提高返排率,提高低渗透储层的压裂效果。
Hydraulic fracturing may result in problems of reservoir damage,low propped fracture conductivity and low permeability of artificial fracture surface.This paper investigates the effects of viscous fluid,fracturing fluid residue and filter cake on the propped fracture conductivity,quantitatively evaluates the damage of propped fracture through experiments,and develops a postfracture treating agent.Laboratory experiments show that this treating agent can effectively improve the conductivity of propped facture.The field tests conducted in 23 wells of Zhongyuan oilfield show that this fracture treating technology can evidently improve flowback rate and postfracture response for low permeability reservoirs.
