轻油注空气静态低温氧化实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 在经过大量文献调研基础上,对轻油注气静态低温氧化反应进行室内实验研究。分析反应前后气体及原油的压力和组分变化,得出不同气油比和压力等因素对原油低温氧化的影响。结果表明,高气油比生成的二氧化碳比低气油比生成的多;高压耗氧速度要高于低压耗氧速度;低温氧化后芳香烃含量明显降低,同时胶质含量明显增加,原油物性变差。 This paper studies static low temperature oxidation between oil sample and air after having obtained crude oil oxidation characteristics through extensive experiments,analyzes the changes of pressure and composition of air and crude oil before and after the reaction,and obtains the impacts of different air-oil ratio and pressure on low temperature oxidation of crude oil.The results show that high air-oil ratio can produce more carbon dioxide than the low ratio condition;high pressure can consume more oxygen than the low pressure condition;after low temperature oxidation,the content of aromatic hydrocarbon has obviously decreased while the content of colloid obviously increased,leading to poor oil property.
