摘要
采用汽提-生物降解法处理茶提废水。考察了塔顶采出量、厌氧和好氧接触氧化段的HRT(水力停留时间)对废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明:经该工艺处理后,废水中COD的去除率达99.5%,并可将废水中的部分有机物资源化利用,具有很好的工业应用前景。
In this paper, the facility with stripping and biochemical treatment of tea-extracted wastewater had been established. The relation between distillate volume, anaerobic HRT (hydraulic retention time), contact oxidation HRT and COD value of wastewater were investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of COD was 99.5 %, and the effluent treated by this process could meet the wastewater discharge standard while achieve resource recovery in the process effectively. In a word, this process route enjoy predictable industrial application prospect.
