通过对郑州市社区服务发展现状进行的调查,发现郑州市的社区服务已取得明显进展,在帮助弱势群体、方便居民生活、解决居民问题等方面发挥了很大的作用,但是,仍存在诸多问题。政府应强化社区服务中心的功能定位;拓展社区服务项目,完善社区服务体系;加强人才建设,组建高素质的服务队伍;建立健全社区服务网络;建设完备的社区服务制度;加强社区服务社会化体系建设。

Through the investigation for community service condition of Zhengzhou city, it is discovered that there have been obvious growth in Zhengzhou community service, which play quite great part in such respects as helping the weak groups, convenient for the residents ives, solving their difficulties. However, there still are quite many questions in them. It is necessary for the government to strengthen functional localization of community service centers; increase the community service contents, complete the community service system; enhance the ranks construction, organize high - quality service ranks; perfect the community service network; construct the perfect community service system and the socialized community service system.
