摘要
随着中国市场经济体制改革和数字化进程的加快,我国出版业面临转型期。出版社在体制改革后,如何建立新的运营机制,如何加强核心竞争力,提高市场占有率是个重要课题。出版业务向信息化转型,出版体制向市场化转型,出版形态向数字化转型成为当务之急。同时,应加强出版社信息化与网络资源建设,打造数字媒体平台建设,整合信息资源,实施全媒体出版,使出版社成为真正的市场竞争主体。
As the Chinese marketing of economy system and the acceleration of digital process,China's publishing industry is facing transition period.The paper mainly discussed about how to built a new operating mechanism,how to enhance the core competency,and increase market share,and then suggest the transition from business to information,the transition from public system to market,publish form transited to digitization and enhanced the view of publishing houses information and network resources building after system reformation in publishing houses.The paper mainly discussed on built the digital media space,integrated information resources,carried out the comprehensive media thinking,to make publishing houses a real mark competitor.
