基于CT数据快速成型的脊柱模型制作研究

Spine Model Making Based on CT and Rapid Prototyping

通过医学CT图像获得原始数据,然后运用医学图形处理软件Mimics对医学图片进行处理,从而将二维的CT医学图片转化成为三维图形,生成快速成型机可以识别的STL文件,最后用FDM 360MC快速成型机来完成病患组织模型。

Using the Medical CT image of a spine as the original data,we get the three-dimensional graphics by the medical graphics processing software Mimics,and then generate the STL file which can be identified by the rapid prototyping machine.Finally we use FDM 360MC rapid prototyping machine to complete the model.This method can improve the efficiency of rapid prototyping.
