摘要
以直齿圆柱齿轮为研究对象,重点介绍了如何利用CATIA对其进行参数化建模及通过图形数据转换接口导入到ANSYS中建立有限元模型。这不仅为齿轮的系列化、通用化和标准化生产带来了方便,而且实现了CATIA建模和ANSYS分析的有机结合,提高了现代生产效率。
Taking the spur gear as study object,this article introduces the method of establishing the parametric model in CATIA and transmitting it into ANSYS by graphic data transformation interface.It is very convenient for the seriation,generalization and standardization production,what's more,the combination of CATIA with ANSYS greatly improves the production efficiency.
