摘要
介绍了产品寿命试验数据常见的正态分布、指数分布、威布尔分布、对数正态分布4种分布类型的适用情况、特征及规律。应用MATLAB中的参数估计、假设检验与概率密度函数、累积概率密度函数,进行了数据分布类型判断、相关参数的极大似然估计与对应分布概率值的自动化分析。
The familiar distributions of life data are normal distribution,exponential distribution,weibull distribution and lognormal distribution.The adaptive situations,characters and rules of the four distributions are introduced in this paper.Parameter estimation,hypothesis check,probability density function and cumulate probability density function of MATLAB are applied to realize the automatic analysis,including judging the type of distribution,maximum likelihood estimation of correlative parameters and the value of correlative probability density.
