摘要
以弹簧的质量最小为优化设计的目标函数,簧丝直径、弹簧中径和有效圈数为设计变量,根据各种约束条件建立击锤弹簧的优化设计数学模型。利用MATLAB工具编程计算完成设计工作,达到优化效果。
Taking the weight of spring as optimal design objective function and the spring wire diameter,the spring diameter and the effective number of coils as design variables,applying a variety of constraints,the paper established the mathematical model for optimal design.Relevant calculation was carrried out by using MATLAB tools for programming,and the optimal results was achieved.
