摘要
滚动轴承是各种旋转机械中应用最广泛的部件,定期对滚动轴承进行监测和故障诊断具有重大意义。利用时域参数对早期故障的敏感性,结合趋势分析技术,对滚动轴承进行定期检测,得到其峭度、峰值因子、有效值趋势曲线。根据趋势曲线反映的各特征参数变化规律来观测轴承状态的变化趋势或现实状况,并采用LabVIEW图形化编程语言实现了时域参数趋势曲线的直观显示。利用时域参数趋势分析来进行滚动轴承的故障检测与诊断,简单实用,效果明显。
Rolling bearing is widely used in all kinds of machinery.It is of great signality to do rolling bearing's monitoring and fault diagnosing regularly.Making use of time domain parameters' sensitivity to early fault and trend analysis technology,we can get the trend curves of kurtosis,crest factor and RMS.The change rules of the parameters can reflect the change tendency or the real status of the rolling bearing.Trend analysis curve can be displayed directly with LabVIEW.It is proved that fault diagnosis for rolling bearing based on trend analysis of time domain parameters is simple and practical.
