摘要
在介绍某蓄电池工矿电机车所采用空气压缩设备的工作原理的基础上,对该空气压缩设备的可靠性进行了分析计算,估算出空气压缩设备的平均无故障工作时间。进一步分析表明空气压缩设备的实际可靠性水平高于预计值。
In this paper,the principle of the air compressor of XG45 industrial and mining locomotive with battery is introduced.The reliability of the air compressor is analyzed and calculated,and its mean time between failures(MTBF) is estimated.Further analysis indicates that the actual reliability level of the equipment would be higher than the predicted value.
