摘要
在氟气加气站压力控制系统中,氟气高压罐压力的稳定性对系统的安全性和其他参数影响很大。由于环境温度变化等一些因素的影响,使系统的参数发生了改变,为此,采用模糊技术实现PID控制器参数的在线调整,使其能够适应被控对象的变化,从而实现氟气高压罐的恒压控制。实际运行结果表明,控制效果良好。
In the pressure control system of the fluoride gas station,the pressure of fluoride in high-pressure tank has great influence on the system security.The adjustment of PID controller parameters is needed due to the change of the system parameters such as temperature.This thesis adopts intelligent PID control method based on fuzzy PID controller to adjust the PID parameters in order to achieve constant pressure.Actual operation results show that the control effect is satisfactory.
