摘要
对环卫压缩站的总体结构和工作流程进行了概述,阐述了改造后液压系统的工作原理及方式,并根据系统控制要求对PLC控制程序的设计思路、参数设定以及程序的编辑做出了详细介绍。采用PLC对液压系统进行控制,能大大提高其可靠性、安全性及自动化水平。
This paper described the structure and the workflow of an environmental sanitation compression station.It elaborated on the working principle and way of the reconstructed hydraulic system.And the PLC control program design ideas,parameter settings and the editorial process were described in detail according to the system control requirements.The reliability,security and the level of automation of hydraulic system was highly improved by the use of PLC.
