摘要
基于上位机(工业计算机)、下位机(可编程控制器)和触摸屏模块研究及整体通讯设计,构建完成了铁路扣件自动化生产线电控系统。阐述了上料机构、中频加热装置、机械手、压机、淬火装置和回火装置的控制原理以及系统软、硬件构成。该系统实现了扣件生产的全自动化无人操作,提高了生产效率,极大地减轻了工人的劳动强度。
Based on the studies of modules such as industrial computer,PLC and touch panel and the design of the whole communication system which links the modules together,the article gives an answer to the problem of the electrical control system of production line of railway-used fastener.It elaborates on the configuration of the hardware and software of different parts including feeding mechanism,medium frequency heating device,five manipulators,three pressing machines,quenching and tempering devices.As a consequence,unmanned automatic operation is achieved which improves the productivity and reduces working intensity dramatically.
