摘要 动机的自我决定理论(self-determination theory)建立在人本主义积极心理学的理论假设上,认为人是一个积极的有机体,与生俱有心理发展和自我决定的潜能,这对教育有重要的启示意义。近年来在SDT指导下的教育领域的研究表明,无论是学校教育、家庭教育、不同文化中的教育,支持学生自主性是激发学生内部动机,提高教育有效性的重要途径。此外,教师可以通过自己的努力在教学中创造出支持学生自主性的氛围,以提高教学效果。 SDT is an important motive theory based on the hypothesis of humanistic psychology,which holds that the person is an active,growth-oriented organism and has a natural tendency towards mental development and self-determination.The theory has important implications for the domain of education.The research under the frame of SDT shows that the autonomy support plays an important role in inspiring the students' intrinsic motivation and improving the educational effects,not only in school and parental education,but also in the education of different cultures.Finally,the author gives some advice to teachers on how to put into practice the motivational principles from the theory of self-determination.
