摘要
衔接与连贯是语篇分析中两个重要的概念。本研究采用实验的方法对语篇的衔接与连贯在校对与改错题中的作用进行了分析和探讨。本文的理论框架主要是Halliday&Hasan关于衔接与连贯的观点,研究对象是我国自学考试英语专业本科段的学生。研究结果表明,学生语篇衔接与连贯的意识可以在教学中培养,而这方面的知识有助于提高应试者在校对与改错题中的考试成绩。
Cohesion and coherence are two important concepts in discourse analysis.This study focuses on the function of cohesion and coherence over the performance of proofreading and error correction.The research is conducted through an experiment,in which all the subjects are from the self-study students majoring in English.The theories of cohesion and coherence from Halliday and Hasan(1976) are adopted as the main framework in this research.The results show that the awareness of cohesion and coherence can be cultivated in teaching and such knowledge is conducive to improving the test takers' performance on proofreading and error correction.
