摘要
高校管理要真正走向有序、规范、科学,必须实施依法治校。依法治校必须有一批具有法律素质的干部,因为干部是高校管理的主要力量。本文就依法治校对高校干部法律素质的基本要求进行了阐述,同时提出了提高高校干部法律素质的几条有效途径。
It is a must to manage the university by law so that the administration can be in an orderly and scientific manner.In doing so,the administrators in the university must be equipped with knowledge and awareness of law in that they are the backbone of university governance.This paper elaborates on the requirements of university administrators in their knowledge and legal awareness and proposes effective approaches to enhancing the administrators＇ knowledge and awareness of law.
