摘要
心腔内的血流多呈复杂的湍流,用常规多普勒方法无法准确描述腔内血流的流体动力学特征。基于多普勒超声成像的血流向量成像技术(vector flow mapping,VFM)解决了复杂血流的直接流量计算问题。VFM可精确地定量描述层流的血流动力学特性;半定量分析心腔内复杂的湍流。本文通过体外和体内试验证实了VFM方法的准确性;通过临床试验证实了VFM方法定量评估主动脉瓣反流的准确性。
Vector flow mapping (VFM) is a newly established echocardiographic method.By complex mathematic calculation of the date acquired from CDFI,VFM can visualize both the spatial and temporal change of Doppler velocity,and quantify the hemodynamic characteristics of not only laminar but also complicated turbulent blood flow.The accuracy of VFM in the quantification of blood flow was validated by experiments and in vivo.In our study,VFM was applied to the quantitative evaluation of aortic regurgitation,the accuracy of which was validated by clinical experiments.
