超声引导下下肢静脉曲张的泡沫硬化治疗是一种微创方法,其适应症广泛,操作简单、有效、安全、易于重复,且可以达到与手术剥脱近似的效果。本文将对这种治疗方法的原理、适应症、并发症等进行综述。
Ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy （USFS） is a minimal invasive method for most varicose patients.The technique is efficient,simple,safe,and easily repeatable,which is also equally effective as surgery.This review is a summary on USFS’s principles,indications,complications,and so on.
