摘要
文章对我国矿产资源的现状、特点及其严峻形势进行了分析，进而提出必须实行有效保护和合理开发利用。强调要提高自觉性，加大执法力度，抓好宏观调控，做好事前监督，提高科学管理水平。
Abstract The paper analyses current condition, character and severe situation of mineral resources in China. Then, it points out that effective protect and reasonable exploitation and utilization should be carried out. It also emphasizes relevant problems about enhancing consciousness, strengthening enforcement of law , making great efforts to macro-control, tightening supervision, improving scientific management, strengthening exploitation management and protect of geological environment of mines.
