Rational Social Mobility in the Perspective of Harmonious Society

合理的社会流动是推进社会和谐的重要机制,而机会平等原则是衡量社会流动是否合理的根本标准。根据这一标准,可以得出"转型时期的中国社会流动虽然取得了巨大进步、但仍有许多不合理因素甚至存在明显障碍"的结论。因此,必须通过进一步深化改革,构建有利于合理社会流动的制度、政策环境,从而逐步实现社会的稳定和谐。

Rational social mobility is an important mechanism to propel social harmony.The standard for the rationality is the principle of equal chances.According to this standard,we can come to the conclusion that great progress has been achieved in China’s social mobility but there are still some unreasonable factors or obvious obstructions.Therefore,we must,by further deepening the reform,construct a system and policy environment conducive to rational social mobility so as to achieve social stability and harmony gradually.
