“大学生村官”的思想政治教育问题研究

A Research on Ideological and Political Education among "Little Village Officials"

建设社会主义新农村,关键是人才。"大学生村官"是社会主义建设的生力军。这一政策的实施,激发了农村基层组织的生机与活力,为农村的发展注入了新的动力。本文主要从思想层面分析了这一特殊群体所作出的积极贡献及其存在的思想问题,着重从思想政治教育角度解决大学生村官的思想问题,加强思想建设,从而不断推进"大学生村官"制度建设,实现其发展的长效机制。

The key to constructing a new socialist countryside lies in talents.＂Little village officials＂ are a new force in socialist construction,who have vitalized the rural grass-root organizations and provide a new propulsion for the development of the countryside.This article,mainly at the level of ideology,analyzes the positive contributions made by this special group and their existent ideological problems.The article holds the view that their problems should be solved from the perspective of ideological and political education.Only by strengthening ideological construction,the system of＂little village officials＂can be accelerated and carried out in the long run.
