摘要
文章认为，地勘单位要实现事业体制向现代企业制度的跨越式发展，必须事企分开，精干主体，分流职工，实行分立式改制，这是地勘单位建立现代企业制度的有效途径。
Abstract The paper considers that realizing span development from institutional system to enterprise system must devide institutions and enterprises, make main part be small in number but highly trained and laid off staff and workers, and this is effective channel of setting up modern enterprise system in geological prospecting units.
