摘要
师生关系的和谐是实施和谐教育的前提。目前,高校师生关系存在着尴尬的错位,具体表现在师生角色定位与关系认可、师生情感和师生价值观念、评价标准等三个方面。构建和谐师生关系需以尊重作为和谐师生关系的坐标,以教育爱作为和谐师生关系的切入点,以助长式作为和谐师生关系的展开模式。
A harmonious teacher - student relationship is the premise of the implementation of harmonious education. At present, there exists an awkward dislocation of the teacher - student relationship. This article, from the role localization, the emotion, the values and the evaluation criteria, analyses in detail the behavior of the dislocated relationship between university teachers and students. And on this basis, the article proposes a breakthrough point and pattern of how to construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship.
