摘要
教师的专业知识是从事教育教学工作的前提条件。新疆的双语教师按民族可以分为汉族双语教师和维族双语教师两种,哪种教师的专业知识水平更高,更适合于实施双语教学?本文主要通过实证研究,并辅以哲学思考,对此问题进行分析,最后得出结论,并提出建议。
Teachers'professional knowledge is the prerequisite of carrying out education and teaching. Bilingual teachers in Xinjiang can be classified into Han bilingual teachers and Uygur bilingual teachers. Which group has a higher level of expertise and more suitable for the bilingual teaching? In this paper, through empirical research supplemented by philosophical reflection, this issue is analysed, and a conclusion is reached at last,some suggestions are gired.
