摘要
对油封胶料配方及其摩擦系数进行了试验与测定。结果表明,涂覆聚四氟乙烯膜的橡胶油封表面可明显降低摩擦系数;加入内润滑剂、增加胶料硬度和提高硫化程度等方法均可不同程度地降低摩擦系数;采用摆动式和滑动式2种测试方法测定的摩擦系数具有大体相同的变化规律。
By testing of the formula design of the seal compounds and determining of the friction coefficients,it was showed that the seal surface covered by PTFE film could significantly reduced the friction coefficients.The friction coefficients of the seal compounds could be all reduced by adding a inner lubricant,increasing the hardness and enhancing the curing level.The friction coefficients determined with two kinds of test methods of swing and sliding had same variation trend.
