介绍了铁路货车滚动轴承用橡胶油封的研制。油封结构为内、外油封组合迷宫式结构,其胶料主要组分为高丙烯腈含量和低丙烯腈含量的丁腈橡胶并用胶,高促低硫硫化体系,炭黑N550,防老剂MB,防老剂RD,防老剂DBP,防老剂DOS和模利洁TM-80。产吕符合铁道部技术要求,密封性能好,组装方便,使用寿命长。

Developments of labyrinth-combination oil retainers for the rolling bearings of goods train were introduced in this paper.The structure of the oil retainers was the labyrinth-combination structure between the inner oil retainers and the outer oil retainers.The main components of the blend were NBR blend of between high AN content and low AN content,high accelerator-low sulphur curing system,carbon black N550,antioxidant MB,antioxidant RD,antioxidant DBP,antioxidant DOS and Molijie TM-80.The products could meet the technology requirements of the Railway Department,and had good sealing performance,long life,assembly easy.
