摘要
在探讨国内外融资租赁行业发展的现状和特点的基础上,运用误差修正模型对1986年到2008年的我国融资租赁业对全社会固定资产投资的影响进行实证分析,结果显示:在长期上,租赁增长与固定资产投资明显正相关;而在短期内,均衡有所改变,租赁增长率变动1个百分点就会导致固定资产投资增长率变动0.2572个百分点。从本结论出发,就发展中国融资租赁业面临的紧迫问题,提出几点政策建议。
Based on the analysis of the domestic and overseas current situation and characteristics of the financial leasing,the error correction model is applied to the positive analysis of the domestic financial leasing from 1986 to 2008.The positive relationship between the development of leasing and the investment of the fixed assets is shown in the long term according to the analysis.In the short term,however,the equilibrium changes,for the 1% increase of leasing gives rise to the 0.2572% of the increase of the fixed assets.Based on the discussion, several proposals are offered for the urgent problems that Chinese financial leasing industry is faced with.
