土地流转影响因素实证研究

An Empirical Study of Land Circulation Factors

利用主成分分析法对农村土地流转的众多变量进行了简化,并利用新的变量构建了影响农村土地流转的多元线性回归模型。通过对回归模型的分析得到了以下结论:现有耕地情况、土地流转方式与经济状况对农村土地流转程度存在显著性影响,但土地流转规范性对土地流转程度不存在显著性影响;现有耕地情况、土地流转方式与经济状况对土地流转程度呈正向影响,而土地流转规范性对流转程度呈负向影响。建议建立相应的土地流转管理部门,规范土地流转现象,将土地流转作为促进经济发展的重要手段,同时积极探索实现土地流转农民的专项社会保障制度。

The paper simplifies a number of rural land circulation variables with principal component analysis and builds the multiple linear regression model affecting the rural land circulation with new variables.Through regression analysis gain the following conclusion： the existing cultivated land,the land flow patters and economic condition have significant impact on the extent of land circulation,but land circulation normative has no impact;the existing cultivated land,the land circulation method and economic condition have a positive effect on the land circulation extent,but the land circulation normative has a negative effect.Recommend that build corresponding land circulation management departments,standardize land circulation phenomenon,make land circulation as important method promoting economic development,and actively explore the special social security system of achieving land circulation farmers.
