摘要
构建了符合新疆具体实际的农业生产函数模型,通过回归分析,得出新疆农村公共财政投入最优规模量值,从而对当前新疆农村公共财政投入整体情况进行更趋理性的分析,并提出相应政策建议。
The paper establishes the agriculture output function model of Xinjiang,and to draw the conclusion that the optimal scale of public fiscal input in rural areas of Xinjiang by regressive analyzing.We can get a clear understanding of the whole situations about public fiscal input in rural areas of Xinjiang,this paper puts forward some suggestions in the end.
