摘要
目的:探讨参附强心合剂对心衰大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法:采用腹主动脉缩窄法制做心衰大鼠模型,颈动脉插管法通过生物信号采集系统收集各项参数,观察参附强心合剂对心衰大鼠血流动力学的作用。结果:参附强心合剂各剂量组和西药组均能升高LVSP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax、Vmax,降低LVEDP,心功能的各项指标较模型对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。中药各治疗组与西药对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:参附强心合剂具有改善慢性心衰血流动力学指标及保护心脏的作用。
Objective:To investigate the influence of Shenfuqiangxin(SFQX) decoction on haemodynamics in chronic heart failure (CHF) rats. Methods:Using male adult SD rats made CHF models by coarctation of abdominal aorta(CAA). LVSP +dp/dtmax -dp/dtmax Vmax and LVEDP were measured through the tube inserted into the carotid artery and analysed by the MED-labU/4C system software. To observe the change of haemodynamics. Results:The heart function were obvionsly improved in SFQX decoction big、morderate,small dose group,and the western medicine group compared with the model control group:LVSP,+dp/dtmax,-dp/dtmax,Vmax were increased and the LVEDP was decreased(P0.05).However there were no difference among 4 drug treated groups. Conclusion:SFQX decoction could significantly improve haemodynamics and protect heart.
