骆继杰教授“治未病”思想在慢性肾炎防治中的应用

The Thought about "Preventing the Occurrence of Disease" of Prof. Luo Ji-jie in the Application of Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis(CGN)

目的:介绍骆继杰教授"治未病"思想在慢性肾炎防治中的应用。方法:骆氏"治未病"思想主要包括"未病先防"与"既病防变"两方面,"未病先防"具体体现在:认清肾虚本质,同时注重后天脾胃,脾肾双补,治病先安未受邪之地;"既病防变"具体体现在:有病早治,久病、重病防变。结果:在该思想的指导下,临床疗效显著,许多危害肾脏的危险因素都得到有效控制和消除,延缓了慢性肾小球肾炎的病程进展。结论:骆老治未病思想在慢性肾炎的防治中有着重要的指导意义。

Objective：By introducing the thought about ＂Preventing the occurrence of disease＂ of Prof. Luo Ji-jie in the application of treating chronic glomerulonephritis（CGN）. Methods：The ＂Disease Prevention Theory＂ is consisted of ＂Giving prevention the priority＂ and ＂Preventing change and exacerbation＂. ＂Prevent disease＂ is concretely embodied in identifying that the essence of CGN was kidney-asthenia and paying more attention to tonify spleen and kidney. ＂Prevent worsen＂ is concretely embodied in early treatment and controlling the change and exacerbation.Results：By the guiding of this thought,he get great performance record in treating CGN. Many risk factor of kidney had been utility controlled and dismissed,and the course of CGN was delayed. Conclusion：This thought about ＂Preventing the occurrence of disease＂ of Prof. Luo plays an important role in guiding the prevention and cure of CGN.
