The Empirical Study Progression of the Treatment Mechanism of the Flavone of Rhizome Drynania on Osteoporosis

随着社会人口的老龄化,具有人体衰老特征的骨质疏松症的发病率越来越高,如何进行防治已成为当今医学领域研究的热点。从血生化、生物力学、形态学、细胞生物学、分子生物学等多角度说明骨碎补总黄酮对骨质疏松症的药理作用,从科学的角度探究其治疗机制,为该药临床推广应用提供一定的佐证。

With the aging of society population,the incidence of osteoporosis which has the characteristics of human aging becomes much higher than before. How to prevent and treat osteoporosis has became the research hotspot of medical domain nowadays.This text illustrates the pharmacologic action of the flavone of rhizome drynaria on osteoporosis from multi-angle,such as blood biochemistry,bio-mechanics,morphology,cell biology and molecular biology,and explore the treatment mechanism from scientific angle,providing some evidence for the clinical generalization and application of this drug.
