增液承气汤和不同肠道准备药物的临床比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察增液承气汤在结肠镜检查前对患者肠道准备的效果。方法:将180例拟行结肠镜检查的患者随机分为A(聚乙二醇电解质散组)、B(甘露醇组)、C(增液承气汤组)3组,观察服药后患者肠道准备的效果及临床不适症状。结果:A、B、C3组肠道准备的效果基本相同;肠道准备过程中恶心、呕吐、腹痛等不适症状的发生率由高到低依次为B组、A组和C组,甘露醇组部分患者出现口渴症状;C组的经济负担最低。结论:增液承气汤的肠道准备效果与聚乙二醇电解质散和甘露醇的准备效果基本相同,准备过程中的一些不适症状发生率较低,患者的经济负担较轻,是肠道准备药物的一种较好的选择。 Objective:To observe the effect of ZengYeChengQi soup for bowel preparation before colonoscopy. Methods:180 patients who plan to carry out colonoscopy were randomly assigned to group A(PEG-electrolyte powder),group B(mannite) and group C(ZengYeChengQi soup). The effects of bowel cleansing and clinical unwell symptoms were observed. Results:The effects of bowel cleansing in group A,group B,group C are similar basically. The incidence of clinical unwell symptoms such as nausea,vomit and abdominal pain gradually decreased from group B,group A to group C. The symptom of thirst occurs in some patients of group B. Patients' expense in group C is lowest.Conclusion:The effect of ZengYeChengQi soup for bowel preparation is similar to that of PEG-electrolyte powder and mannite. Its incidence of clinical unwell symptoms is lower. Patients' economic burdens are lighter. ZengYeChengQi soup is better for bowel preparation.
