辛伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者预后的影响

目的观察辛伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者预后的影响。方法340例不稳定型心绞痛患者分为三组：强化治疗组120例，常规治疗组118例，对照组102例。强化治疗组给予辛伐他汀40mg每晚一次，常规治疗组给予辛伐他汀20mg每晚一次，对照组仅一般常规治疗，不用辛伐他汀。疗程均12周。结果对照组仅总胆固醇水平一项显著降低，其他指标变化差异无统计学意义；强化治疗组与常规治疗组在降低血脂、改善心肌缺血、减少心血管事件发生率方面均优于对照组（P〈0．05）；强化治疗组与常规治疗组之间除降低血脂差异有统计学意义外（P〈0．05），其他指标差异无统计学意义，而强化治疗组出现肝功能异常的几率更大。结论辛伐他汀能有效降低血脂并改善不稳定型心绞痛患者的预后和减少心血管事件发生率，但无需应用辛伐他汀强化治疗。

Objective To observe the effect of simvastatin on unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Method 340 cases were divided into control group, conventional therapy group and enhanced therapy group, simvastatin 20mg Qd and 40mg Qd were given in addition to routine treatment. Result Both conventional therapy group and enhanced therapy group had more improvement in lipid lowering, holter and reduction of incidence of cardiovascular eventsl There were no significant difference in the other index among the three groups. The incidence rate of abnormal change in live function was higher in enhancement group. Conclusion Simvastatin is effective on reducing blood lipid, improving the prognosis of UAP and reducing incidence of cardiovascular events, enhanced treatment is not necessarily needed.
