The law is to maintain the prevailing social order and religion adheres to one＇s inner conviction in another world.The relationship between law and religion sometimes reflects a harmonious cohabitation,some the times shows a consumed confrontation.It is a major issue to be taken seriously every time that how to deal with that relationship.Genghis Khan has taken good use of the native religion to end the war in different ministries of Mongolia in the process of unifying the Mongolia,while he has also formulated the religious policy in keeping with the situation at that time in the external expansion,which were determined in legal form and produced a miracle that the relationship between law and religion present a state of positive interaction as well as made a great achievement in the unifying and conquering process of war.
