The trend of socialization,informationalization,and popularization has emerged in the growth of higher education.It gives a challenge to the college instructors＇ work.College instructors are doers of students＇ ideological and political work as well as the management work.Therefore,it is an effective measure to build a team of professional and high-quality college instructors in order to meet the demand of the trend.Colleges and universities should regard it as an important part of strengthening the students＇ work.
