摘要
综合运用量表法、观察法、访谈法对菏泽市部分幼儿教师、幼儿及所在学校进行了实地考察,发现学前班幼儿创造力发展水平在言语、形象、操作三方面均低于幼儿园幼儿,其主要原因为:教学内容小学化、教师队伍不专业、教学方法枯燥无味、教学设施过于陈旧、学习氛围过于单调。
Using the methods of scale,observation and interview,an investigation has been carried on the pre-school teachers,infants and their schools.Describe the level and the specific characters of the pre-school infants' creativity,and analysis the reasons of the phenomenon.
