腹腔镜下穿孔修补术治疗胃十二指肠穿孔30例的疗效分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下穿孔修补术治疗胃十二指肠穿孔的手术效果。方法对60例胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者,随机分为腹腔镜组和开腹组,每组各30例,比较两组患者的手术效果,包括手术时间、术中出血量、术后起床活动时间、术后住院时间。结果腹腔镜组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后起床活动时间、术后住院时间明显短于开腹组,经统计学分析,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下穿孔修补术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔具有损伤小、痛苦轻、腹腔干扰小、胃肠功能恢复快、术后并发症少等优点,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic treatment of perforated gastroduodenal perforation.Methods 60 cases of perforated gastric ulcer patients were randomly divided into laparotomy group and laparoscopic group.The surgical time,blood loss,postoperative time to get up activities and postoperative hospital stay were observed.Results The operative time,blood loss,postoperative time to get up activities and postoperative hospital stay in laparoscopic group were significantly shorter that in the laparotomy group（P0.05）.Conclusions It is worthy to be popularized and applied for perforated gastric and duodenal ulcers repaired with laparoscopic with little injury,quick recovery of gastrointestinal function and postoperative complications.
