老年人髋部骨折的围手术期治疗体会

The perioperative treatment of hip fractures in elderly patients

目的探讨老年人髋部骨折的围手术期治疗经验。方法对手术治疗的89例老年髋部骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中人工髋关节置换10例,空心加压螺纹钉固定5例,动力髋螺钉系统固定33例,动力髁螺钉系统固定28例,解剖钢板固定13例。结果 89例均手术成功,术后住院期间死亡1例,术后随访,86例能下地活动,2例能坐起。结论手术是老年人髋部骨折较为有效的治疗方法 ,而围手术期治疗是患者康复的关键。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic experience during the perioperative management of hip fracture in the elderly.Methods 89 elderly hip fracture patients received surgical treatment were reviewed.Results The operations of 89 cases were all successfully.After operation,1 case died during treatment in hospital,and 86 cases showed a good functional recovery during the fellow up.Conclusion The operative treatment of the elderly hip fracture patients is one of the effective ways and the period operative management is the key for patients to recover.
