丹红注射液治疗脑分水岭梗死临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical treatment of Danhong injection for treatment of cerebral watershed infarction

目的评价丹红注射液治疗脑分水岭梗死的临床疗效。方法将37例脑分水岭梗死患者随机分成2组,治疗组19例,对照组18例,治疗组给予丹红注射液,对照组给予川芎嗪注射液。结果治疗组总有效率(94.73%)高于对照组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后神经缺损功能评分均有显著改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液治疗脑分水岭梗死临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe and analysis clinical treatment of Danhong injection for treatment of cerebral watershed infarction.Methods 37 patients were randomly divided into two groups,including treatment group（19 cases） and contrast group（18 patients）.Treatment group was given Danhong injection and the contrast group was given Chuanqiongqin injection.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group（94.73%） was higher than that of contrast group（77.78%）.The functional scores were significantly improved after treatment.Conclusion It is effective to treat cerebral watershed infarction with Danhong injection.
