336例产后出血的相关因素分析

Retrospective analysis of related factors of postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨产后出血的相关因素及防治措施。方法分析336例产后出血病例的相关因素、处理方法以及不同分娩方式的产后出血率。结果 336例产后出血病例的相关因素的顺位依次为:子宫收缩乏力(65.48%)、胎盘因素(51.19%)、软产道裂伤(5.95%)、凝血功能障碍(1.49%)。剖宫产组产后出血率1.93%,阴道分娩组产后出血率1.24%,两组差异显著(2χ=11.5982,P<0.05)。结论产后出血与多种因素相关,应重视孕期保健及计划生育宣传,提高阴道助产手术质量,严格掌握剖宫产指征,以降低剖宫产率和产后出血发生率。

Objective To explore the related factors and control measures of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 336 cases of postpartum hemorrhage cases related factors,treatment methods and different mode of delivery of blood the rate of postpartum were analzyed.Results The related factors on postpartum haemorrhage included uterotonic weak（65.48%）,placental factors（51.19%）,the soft birth canal injury（5.95%） and coagulation dysfunction（1.49%）.The postpartum hemorrhage rate of cesarean group（1.93%） was higher than that of vaginal delivery group（1.24%） Conclusion There are many factors involved in postpartum haemorrhage.
