腰椎间盘突出症的辨证施护效果分析

Analysis of dialectic nursing efficacy of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc

目的探讨辨证施护对腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗患者的临床效果。方法将160例腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗患者随机分成实验组与对照组两组,每组各80例;对照组在临床治疗中,按常规护理对患者实施护理;实验组在对照组的基础上,按中医辨证分型,对患者实施辨证护理;参照腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗的疗效评定标准,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果经过治疗后6个月随访,对照组中痊愈6例、显效28例、有效34例、无效12例,总有效率为85.15%;实验组中痊愈11例、显效39例、有效27例、无效3例,总有效率为96.25%;实验组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者,在临床保守治疗与常规护理的基础上,按中医辨证分型施护,体现了整体护理观念,可明显提高患者疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacies of dialectic nursing for patients receiving expectant treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 160 patients receiving expectant treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were divided into the experiment group and the comparison group.In clinical treatment,normal nursing was applied to patients of the comparison group.On the basis of that,dialectic nursing was applied to patients of the experiment group according to Chinese medical classification of syndromes.The treatment efficacies of were compared in accordance with the evaluation standards for medical treatment efficacy of non-surgical treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Results 6 months after treatment,6 patients in the comparison group had total recovery,28 had obvious improvement,34 had improvement of a certain degree,12 had no efficacy and the total efficacy rate is 85.15%.In the experiment group,11 patients has total recovery,39 had obvious improvement,37 had improvement of a certain degree,and 3 had no efficacy and total efficacy rate is 96.25%.The efficacy rate of the experiment group was obviously better than that of the comparison group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,dialectic nursing according to Chinese medical classification of syndromes,on the basis of clinical expectant treatment and normal nursing,is an expression of overall nursing and obviously enhances the treatment efficacy and thus deserves extensive clinical application.
