学龄儿童不同就诊方式与口腔窝沟封闭治疗效率的关系

The Relationship between the Efficiency of Dental Sealant and the Different Ways Visiting Doctor in School-age Children

目的研究不同就诊方式下医生对学龄儿童进行窝沟封闭治疗的效率。方法将小学二年级2个班96例儿童随机分为两组,分别由教师集体带来和家长个别带来就诊,调查医师进行窝沟封闭的效率。结果集体就诊每牙治疗时间为(4.86±0.78)分钟,家长个别带来每牙治疗时间为(6.80±2.42)分钟,两组操作时间比较有明显的统计学差异。结论对学龄儿童开展群体窝沟封闭时,如采用集体就诊方式,可明显提高医师的治疗效率,充分利用有限的医疗资源,值得在临床上进行推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficiency of doing pit and fissure sealant at different ways visiting the doctor. Methods Two classes＇ students in the South Zone of Qingdao city were divided randomly into two groups. The time of doing pit and fissure sealant at different ways visiting the doctor was compared. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in the time used per tooth. Conclusion Group treatment can significantly improve work efficiency in pit and fissure sealant and optimize human resources for pediatric dentistry.
