Study on Spinning Process of Tencel/Ramie Blended Yarn

Tencel和苎麻纤维在性能上有较大差异,特别是苎麻纤维结晶度较大,刚度大,纤维硬挺,抱合力差,因此加大了混纺纱的纺纱难度。文章重点论述纺制该混纺纱的工艺流程及各工序主要工艺措施。

The Tencel and ramie fibres differ greatly in property, especially ramie fibre, with its greater crystallinity and stiffness, inferior yarn bundling cohension, so it is difficult to be spun. The technological process and main processing measures in blended spmning process were focally discussed.
