摘要 采用原位聚合方法,利用表面经修饰带有不同基团的DNS-2、RNS-D两种型号纳米SiO2与氯乙烯聚合制备出纳米SiO2/PVC改性树脂。研究了DNS-2、RNS-D对树脂的力学性能、热稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,改性树脂的缺口冲击强度、热稳定性均提高,RNS-D参与了化学反应,RNS-D/PVC拉伸强度也提高,实现了同步增强与增韧。 Nanometer SiO2/PVC modified was prepared by polymerization of two types of nanometer SiO2 and vinyl chloride with polymerization in-situ. The influence of DNS-2 and RNS-D on mechanical property and thermal stability was studied. The impact strength of modified resin and its thermal stability were improved. RNS-D was involved in chemical reaction, and tensile strength of RNS-D/PVC was improved. Synchronizing reinforcing and toughening were realized.
