储罐倒装法施工中风载对安全性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 新疆地区气候环境特殊,春冬季易出现瞬时最大风速超过40m/s的大风,这给大型储罐倒装法施工带来挑战。文章采用计算流体动力学(CFD)技术对施工中风对储罐产生的作用力进行了数值模拟,并通过对液压提升装置结构强度的有限元数值计算,得到了该装置各部件的应力和位移随风速变化的关系。结果表明,储罐迎风面外壁在约60°范围内受正压,其他部分受负压,罐内壁均为负压,但与外部风压相比较小,储罐受到向罐心挤压的作用;由于受罐壁重力分量和横向风载的作用,活塞杆对缸体内导向套产生了挤压作用,由此导致导向套部件的应力值较大,因此施工过程应重点保证液压缸导向套部件的安全工作。 In Xinjiang region,gales with instantaneous wind velocity over 40 m/s often appear in winter and spring which bring challenges to inverted lifting construction of large tanks.The inverted lifting method for the construction of large tanks has been noticed for its convenient operation,high efficiency and safety in oil tank construction.This paper analyzes the wind load on the oil tank using the CFD method.By analyzing the structural strength of hydraulic lifting device using the finite element method,we get the variation relations of stress distribution and deformation of the various components in the lifting device with the wind speed in the key positions.The results show that the pressures on the external wall are positive in the area within approximate 60°but negative in other areas,the pressures on the internal wall are all negative and less than the external pressures,causing whole tank walls to undertake a centripetal pressure;under the actions of tank wall weight component and transverse wind load,piston rod exerts a pressure on guide sleeve of cylinder,causing bigger stresses in the guide sleeve.Therefore,to ensure the safety of the guide sleeve of hydraulic cylinder is very important.
