摘要
蛇形铺管法是一种有效控制管道横向屈曲的方法,该方法的关键是使管道在预设位置激发屈曲,且管道后屈曲的弯矩及应变控制在合理的范围内。文章提出了一种新的蛇形铺管形状,即正弦曲线形状,基于ANSYS软件建立了用于平坦海床上蛇形铺设管道横向屈曲分析的计算模型,对正弦曲线形状的蛇形铺管形状进行了分析,并与工程普遍采用的弧形铺管形状进行了对比。对比分析表明,正弦曲线铺管形状有效地降低了管道屈曲的临界荷载,且管道后屈曲的弯矩及应变更低。
The snaked pipelaying method is an effective way to control lateral buckling of pipeline,inwhich the key point is to make post-buckling happen in expected position of the pipeline as well as the moments and stains be controlled within rational ranges.A new shape of snaked pipelaying i.e.sinusoid is brought forward in this paper.A calculation model for lateral buckling analysis of the sinusoid pipelaying on flat seabed is established.The calculation is performed using ANSYS software and the results are compared with the arc pipelaying method.The comparison shows that the sinusoid pipelaying reduces significantly the critical load inducing pipeline buckling,and the post-buckling moments and strains are lower.
