聚合物砂浆复合内衬结构技术研究及在江苏油田旧管道修复中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 江苏油田投入开发以来已建成总长超过2500km的各类管道。由于油田采出液矿化度高、细菌含量高、腐蚀性气体溶量高,管道结垢、腐蚀、穿孔严重,因此,旧管道的清洗与修复技术对油田管道的安全运行具有重要意义。通过对江苏油田管道内腐蚀主要原因的分析,开展了对旧管道修复技术,尤其是聚合物水泥砂浆复合内衬技术的研究,并应用该研究成果对油田部分在用管道进行了清洗,对部分因结垢、腐蚀而废弃的旧管道实施了修复,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 Jiangsu Oilfield has constructed kinds of pipelines over 2500 km long.Because the oilfield produced liquid has high degree of mineralization and contains high content of bacteria and high dissolved corrosive gas,the scale formation,corrosion and perforation in pipes happen frequently.So,the cleaning and repairing technology for the old pipelines is very important to safe running of the oilfield pipelines.On the basis of the analysis on main reasons of pipeline internal corrosion in Jiangsu Oilfield,the research on old pipeline rehabilitation technology,especially the inner lining technique with polymer cement mortar,was carried out.The technology was applied for cleaning some pipelines in-use and for repairing some abandoned old pipelines,and had obtained significant economic and social benefits.
